ROLL CALL Present: 3 - Chair Jim Cooper, Committee member Jessica Bateman and Committee member Jeannine Roe 2. CALL TO ORDER Chair Cooper called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3.A 15-1184 Approval of November 20, 2015 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved. 4. COMMITTEE BUSINESS 4.A 15-1192 Technology Project Prioritization Update IT Services Line of Business Director Shawn Ward discussed the City's IT Services strategy in 2016. He gave an overview of IT project prioritization criteria. Mr. Ward highlighted some of the projects completed in 2015 and provided a spreadsheet detailing the IT Services 2015/2016 technology prioritization. Chair Cooper commended Mr. Ward on a job well done stating Mr. Ward provided exactly what the Council asked for. Chair Cooper asked for a brief summary (four to five sentences) from Mr. Ward to report to the full Council, due by the week of January 25. The information was provided. 5.
