CALL TO ORDER Chair Cooper called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm. 2. ROLL CALL Present: 3 - Chair Jim Cooper, Committee member Lisa Parshley and Committee member Cheryl Selby 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was approved. 4. PUBLIC COMMENT - None 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 5.A 21-1118 Approval of November 3, 2021 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved. 6. COMMITTEE BUSINESS 6.A 21-1096 Preliminary 2022 Operating and Capital Budgets Discussion Budget/Financial Analyst Joan Lutz led the Operating Budget discussion. Ms. Lutz went over the changes from the Preliminary Operating Budget to the proposed Final Budget. Community Planning and Development Senior Planner Joyce Phillips went over the changes from the Preliminary Capital Facilities Plan and the proposed Final Capital Facilities Plan. The discussion was completed. 7. REPORTS AND UPDATES City Manager Jay Burney mentioned next week (on the 23rd) is the County's Public Hearing on the Home Fund proposal.
