CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Present: 3 - Chair Lisa Parshley, Committee member Jim Cooper and Committee member Dani Madrone 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was approved. 4. PUBLIC COMMENT - None 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 5.A 23-1004 Approval of October 18, 2023 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved. 6. COMMITTEE BUSINESS 6.A 23-0991 Tax Equity Initiative Recommendation Accountant Brandie Andrews gave a briefing on the Tax Equity Initiative and recommended creating a tax equity team to assure B&O Tax compliancy. The topic will be added to a future meeting for further discussion. The recommendation was discussed and closed. 6.B 23-0992 2024 Proposed Budget Update City Manager Jay Burney discussed the finalized, balancing updates to the 2024 Operating Budget. The discussion was completed. The discussion was completed. 7. REPORTS AND UPDATES Finance Director BeMiller noted the Finance Committee meeting in June, 2024 falls on a holiday; therefore it will need to be rescheduled. 8.
