CALL TO ORDER Chair Parshley called the meeting to order at 5:36 p.m. She announced the Finance Committee would be going into Executive Session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(b); RCW 110(1)(c) to discuss a real estate matter. She announced the Committee would meet no more than 120 minutes, and the meeting would adjourn immediately following the Executive Session. The City Attorney was present at the Executive Session. 2. ROLL CALL Present: 2 - Chair Lisa Parshley and Committee member Jim Cooper Excused: 1 - Committee member Clark Gilman OTHERS PRESENT Mayor Dontae Payne 3. EXECUTIVE SESSION 3.A 24-0718 Executive Session Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(b); RCW 42.30.110 (1)(c) - Real Estate Matter The Committee recessed to Executive Session in Conference Room 423 at 5:40 p.m. The executive session was held and no decisions were made. 4.
