CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 12:03 p.m. 1.A ROLL CALL Present: 3 - Vice Chair Dwayne Harkness, Commissioner Garner Miller and Commissioner Sheila Swalling Excused: 2 - Chair Holly Davies and Commissioner Nicholas Vann OTHERS PRESENT Michelle Sadlier, Historic Preservation Officer Nathan Allan, Owner & Applicant Casey Allan, Owner & Applicant Robert Clark, Home Resource Company, Inc. Sarah Clark, Home Resource Company, Inc. Dave Clark, Home Resource Company, Inc. 2. BUSINESS ITEMS 2.A 17-0047 BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION REVIEW (#17-0024): Swantown Inn, 1431 11th Ave SE, Nathan Allan (Owner) Heritage Review Committee members reviewed the proposal as per details received by the City of Olympia on January 4, 2017. Members noted the applicants had appropriately addressed the recommendations made during the May 16, 2016 pre-submission meeting with the Committee. Commissioner Miller moved, seconded by Vice Chair Harkness, that the application be approved under the requirements of OMC 18.12.090. The motion passed unanimously. The recommendation was recommended for approval. 3.
