CALL TO ORDER Chair Kelly called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Present: 7 - Chair Kat Kelly, Commissioner Holly Davies, Commissioner Benjamin Helle, Commissioner Audrey Henley, Commissioner Maurice Major, Commissioner Rachel Newmann and Commissioner Sheila Swalling 2.A OTHERS PRESENT Mayor Cheryl Selby Historic Preservation Officer and Staff Liaison Marygrace Goddu Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation representative Michael Hauser 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.A 19-0477 Heritage Month Celebration Commissioners and Mayor Selby presented the 2019 Heritage Awards while attending an event celebrating Heritage Month.
