1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Miller called the meeting to order at 12:12 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: 3 - Commissioner Benjamin Helle, Commissioner Garner Miller and
Commissioner Sheila Swalling
Absent: 2 - Commissioner Holly Davies and Commissioner Rachel Newmann

3. BUSINESS ITEMS
3.A 19-0809 Review of Revision to Building Permit (Project # 19-2440)
Commissioners discussed the color proposed for new clay tile on the parapet of the
building at 113 - 117 Columbia Street.
Commissioner Swalling moved, seconded by Commissioner Helle, to approve
the use of barrel-form clay tile in any of the following color choices: Historic
Red, Clay Red, or Dark Terra Cotta Impressionistic. The motion passed
unanimously.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 12:30 p.m.
