1. CALL TO ORDER
Commissioner Swalling called the meeting to order at 12:08 p.m.

Present: 3 - Vice Chair Holly Davies, Commissioner Benjamin Helle and
Commissioner Sheila Swalling
Absent: 2 - Commissioner Garner Miller and Commissioner Rachel Newmann

2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The agenda was approved.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - None
4. BUSINESS ITEMS
4.A 19-0994 SPECIAL PROPERTY TAX VALUATION: 1616 Capitol Way South
Ms. Goddu and Commissioners discussed the scope of the project and the work
completed.
Commissioner Davies moved, seconded by Commissioner Helle, to approve
the Special Valuation application for work completed at 1616 Capitol Way
South based on the Secretary of the Interior's Standards, and will recommend
approval to the full Heritage Commission. The motion passed unanimously.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 12:40 p.m.
