CALL TO ORDER Chair Miller called the meeting to order at 12:02 p.m. 1.A ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Vice Chair Holly Davies, Commissioner Benjamin Helle, Commissioner Garner Miller, Commissioner Sheila Swalling and Commissioner Susan Rohrer 1.B OTHERS PRESENT City of Olympia Historic Preservation Officer Marygrace Goddu Northwest Vernacular Historic Preservation Consulting representative Spencer Howard Property Owners: Tom Glaspie and Andre Scott 2. BUSINESS ITEMS 2.A 19-1033 Consultative Review Mr. Gaspie, Mr. Scott and Mr.Howard described plans for exterior alterations to the building at 204 4th Avenue W and provided a handout with summary information. The Committee asked questions and agreed the exterior changes are minimal as described. The Committee encouraged continued sharing of information and design plans, and any plans for added exterior interpretive plaques. They also encouraged additional exterior restoration work to restore lost or hidden elements of the building's architectural character, including restoration of the building's windows and clerestory fenestration in the future.
