Chair Davies called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.

6.A 20-0413 Approval of Revisions to 2020 Work Plan and Subcommittee
Assignments
Commissioner Rohrer moved, followed by Commissioner Pareigis, to approve
the proposed revisions and subcommittee assignments as amended in
discussion. The motion passed unanimously.

7.A Heritage Review Committee
Commissioner Miller reported on Heritage Review Committee activity to review an
addition to a South Capitol Historic District home.
7.B Survey and Designation Committee - No Report
7.C Policy, Ordinance and Guidance Committee - No Report
7.D Marketing, Outreach and Events Committee
Commissioner Rohrer reported on the Women of Olympia project and the rescheduling
of the Hotel Olympia event from July to December 2020.
