Chair Miller called the meeting to order at 12:04 p.m.

The minutes were approved.
6. BUSINESS ITEMS
6.A 20-0783 Special Tax Valuation: 222 19th Avenue SW
Commissioner Davies moved, seconded by Commissioner House, to
recommend to the full Heritage Commission that the subject property be
approved for Special Property Tax Valuation based on adherence to the
Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation. The motion carried

unanimously.
