Chair Ruse called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m.

20-0765 Board Member Appointment
Boardmember Rauh moved, seconded by Boardmember Barrett, to appoint
new boardmembers Anne Gavzer and Oliver Stormshak to terms ending
12/31/2020, and to appoint Melissa Hammond to a term ending 12/31/2020.
The motion carried unanimously.
20-0764 Briefing on PBIA Ordinance and Bylaws
The discussion was completed.

The discussion was completed.
