1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Miller called the meeting to order at 12:03 p.m.

2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The agenda was approved.
3. BUSINESS ITEMS
3.A 20-0853 Proposed window alterations at 119 22nd Avenue SW.
Commissioner Davies moved, seconded by Commissioner Swalling, to
approve homeowner plans to replace original sash in four windows with
metal-clad wood windows (permit request #20-4249). The motion carried by
the following vote:
Aye: 6 - Chair Davies, Commissioner Bieber, Commissioner House,
Commissioner Miller, Commissioner Pareigis and Commissioner

Absent: 1 - Commissioner Stedman
3.B 20-0802 Respond to request for pre-permit design guidance re proposed addition
to historic house at 135 Cushing Street NW.
Ms. Goodu facilitated a discussion and Commissioners expressed their appreciation for
the efforts of the homeowner to preserve nearby trees, for rehabilitation work completed,
and for compatible new construction facing Harrison Avenue.
The discussion was completed.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 1:03 p.m.
