Chair Davies called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.

6.A 23-0699 Recommend to City Council approval of the Special Tax Valuation
application for the James Martin Warehouse and Daily Olympian

Building at 115 State Avenue NE
Commissioner Parageis moved, seconded by Commissioner Glenn, to
approve recommending to City Council the special tax valuation application
for the James Martin Warehouse and Daily Olympian Building at 115 State
Avenue NE. The motion was approved unanimously.
6.B 23-0701 Approval of the Lackey Duplex at 2711 Adams Street SE to be listed in
the Olympia Heritage Register
Commissioner Stedman moved, seconded by Commissioner Glenn, to
approve the Lackey Duplex at 2711 Adams Street SE to be listed in the
Olympia Heritage Register under Categories B, C, and D. The motion passed
unanimously.
6.C 23-0702 Approval of the Parthia Tugboat for listing in the Olympia Heritage
Register
Commissioner Miller moved, seconded by Commissioner Pareigis, to
approve the Parthia Tugboat for listing in the Olympia Heritage Register
under Categories A, B, C, and D, pending its listing be changed to note it
retaining integrity of location and not setting. The motion passed
unanimously.
6.D 23-0703 Approval of the Delta V. Smyth Tugs and Barges Company Site to be
listed in the Olympia Heritage Register
Commissioner Miller moved, seconded by Commissioner Henley, to approve
the Delta V. Smyth Tugs and Barges Company Site for listing in the Olympia
Heritage Register under Categories A, B, C, and D, pending its listing be
changed to note it only retains integrity of location and setting. The motion
was unanimously approved.
