The meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m.

The minutes were approved.

Commissioner Callner announced the details of the Bon Odori Festival. Ms. Camus
announced the Fire Chief recruitment is open.

Commissioner Callner moved, seconded by Chair Villegas, to approve the
certification of the Entry Level Police Officer Register effective August 23,
2023. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 2 - Chair Villegas Bremer and Commissioner Callner
Excused: 1 - Commissioner Soule
6.B 23-0741 Approval of Promotional Firefighter/Paramedic Register
Commissioner Callner moved, seconded by Chair Villegas Bremer, to
approve the certification of the Promotional Firefighter/Paramedic Register
effective August 23, 2023. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 2 - Chair Villegas Bremer and Commissioner Callner
Excused: 1 - Commissioner Soule
6.C 23-0742 Certification of Firefighter/Paramedic Register
Commissioner Callner moved, seconded by Chair Villegas Bremer, to
approve the Firefighter/Paramedic Register. The motion carried by the
following vote:
Aye: 2 - Chair Villegas Bremer and Commissioner Callner
Excused: 1 - Commissioner Soule
6.D 23-0743 Approval of Entry Level Firefighter Register
Commissioner Callner moved, seconded by Chair Villegas Bremer, to
approve the certification of the Entry Level Firefighter Register effective
August 23, 2023. The motion carried by the following vote:
