The meeting was called to order at 6:03 p.m.

Commissioners directed staff to investigate the issues raised during public comment
and share results with the full Commission.

Commission
Director of Strategic Planning and Performance Stacey Ray guided a discussion
about the co-design process for the Community Oversight of Law Enforcement. The
discussion included an overview of the role of the Social Justice and Equity
Subcommittee and their values. Commissioners asked clarifying questions.
The discussion was completed.
7. REPORTS
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager Tobi Hill-Meyer reported there is no
Social Justice and Equity Commission meeting for November 2023 and the December
25, 2023 meeting is rescheduled for December 4, 2023.
