Chair Davies called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.

The minutes were approved.

Chair Davies shared the DAHP Summit on Creative Mitigation has been announced.
Chair Davies shared the House of Tomorrow Tour.

24-0095 Olympia Heritage Register Nomination for the Wynstra House at 907
Percival St SW

Heritage Commission Meeting Minutes January 24, 2024
Commissioner Hicks moved, seconded by Commissioner Parageis, based on
the Findings of Fact, the Wynstra House at 709 Percival Street SW is eligible
under Category B, and recommended for approval by the Olympia Heritage
Commission to be placed on the Olympia Heritage Register. The motion
passed unanimously.

Commissioners discussed the 2024 Work Plan.
