1. CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chair Miller called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Present: 6 - Vice Chair Garner Miller, Commissioner Stephen Becker,
Commissioner William Cotter, Commissioner Stacy Hicks,
Commissioner Eleanor Knight and Commissioner Melissa Patrick
Absent: 2 - Commissioner Audrey Henley and Commissioner Gary Stedman

The agenda was approved.

3.A 24-0454 Approval of February 28, 2024 Heritage Commission Meeting Minutes
There was no quorum at the February 28, 2024 meeting, so the minutes do
not need to be approved and cannot be published.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT - None
5. ANNOUNCEMENTS
Ms. Floyd made announcements related to the ongoing recruitment of a new Historic
Preservation Officer and future training opportunities.

6.A 24-0455 Introductions
Vice Chair Miller led introductions and discussions.
The discussion was completed.
6.B 24-0456 Update on Existing Projects: Elections, 2024 workplan, committees, bylaws
Vice Chair Miller lead a discussion related to the identified topics. Future discussion
should include voting on a new Chair, Vice Chair, meeting time and updates to bylaws.
The discussion was completed.
7. REPORTS
Council Member Huynh and and Ms. Braseth reported on CLIPS program goals and
survey opportunities.
