The meeting was called to order at 6:04 p.m.

5. ANNOUNCEMENTS
Social Justice and Equity Program Manager Tobi Hill-Meyer announced upcoming
proclamations to recognize Capital City Pride and LGBTQIA+ Pride Month and
Juneteenth.
6. BUSINESS ITEMS
6.A 24-0432 Learn About the Olympia 2045 Process and Give Feedback on
Olympia 2045 Chapters
City staff presented on the Economic and Parks, Arts, and Recreation chapters of
Olympia's Comprehensive Plan. Commissioners asked questions and using an equity
lens provided feedback.

7. REPORTS
Social Justice and Equity Program Manager Tobi Hill-Meyer informed Commissioners
that their retreat was postponed so they could focus on the Olympia 2045
comprehensive plan. Potential dates for rescheduling the retreat will be sent out
shortly.
