Chair Miller called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Staff announced the following:
An invitation to participate as a docent for the Olympia Historical Society/ Bigelow
House Museum's Holiday Home Tour this winter.
The updated status of the Armory's National Register status.
Announcements regarding Council Commissioner applications and the OHC retreat.

6. BUSINESS ITEMS
6.A 24-0873 Special Tax Valuation for the Sandberg House at 208 Percival St NW
Commissioners discussed the Special Tax Valuation application for the Sandberg
House at 208 Percival St NW.
Commissioner Becker moved, seconded by Commissioner Steadman, to
recommend approval of the Special Tax Valuation application at 208 Percival
St NW to City Council for final approval. The motion passed unanimously.
6.B 24-0874 Training
Ms. Gillia discussed training.
The discussion was completed.
