CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 5:31 p.m. 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was approved. 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 4.A 18-0156 Approval of January 18, 2018 Land Use and Environment Committee Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved. 5. COMMITTEE BUSINESS 5.A 18-0134 Status Report on Downtown Sanitation Plan and Public Restroom Pilots Ms. Buckler and Mr. Rentfrow provided a status report on the Downtown Sanitation Plan and Public Restroom Pilots with a recommendation to remove the portable restroom located in the Olympia/Franklin lot and return the Percival West restroom to its normal operating schedule. The recommendation was recommended for approval. 5.B 18-0140 Pavement Restoration Fee Update City of Olympia Page 1 Land Use & Environment Committee Meeting Minutes February 15, 2018 Ms. Eide provided information on the recommended pavement restoration fee schedule. The recommendation was recommended for approval. 5.C 18-0141 Consideration of Draft Land Use and Environment Committee 2018 Work Plan Mr. Stahley provided an overview of the recommended draft Land Use and Environment Committee 2018 Work Plan. The recommendation was discussed and unanimously recommended to forward to City Council for consideration of approval. 6. REPORTS AND UPDATES - None 7.
