CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m. 1.A ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chair Jim Cooper, Boardmember Larry Dibble, Boardmember Russ Gies, Boardmember Mark Hansen and Boardmember Cheryl Selby 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2.A 21-0251 Approval of February 8, 2021 LEOFF Board Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved. 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.A 21-0252 Approval of Case 21-4 LTC Request Boardmember Selby moved, seconded by Boardmember Hansen, to approve payment up to $5,500.00 per month. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5 - Chair Cooper, Boardmember Dibble, Boardmember Gies, Boardmember Hansen and Boardmember Selby 4.
