CALL TO ORDER Chair Cooper called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. 1.A ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Chair Jim Cooper, Boardmember Russ Gies, Vice Chair Mark Hansen and Boardmember Cheryl Selby Excused: 1 - Boardmember Larry Dibble 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2.A 21-0370 Approval of March 8, 2021 LEOFF Board Minutes The minutes were approved. 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.A 21-0371 Election of Board Chair and Vice-Chair Boardmember Selby nominated Boardmember Cooper as Board Chair for 2021. Boardmember Cooper accepted the nomination which was approved unanimously. Boardmember Selby nominated Boardmember Hansen as Board Vice Chair for 2021. Boardmember Hansen accepted the nomination which was approved unanimously. 3.B 21-0372 Approval of update to LEOFF Dental Policy Boardmember Gies moved, seconded by Boardmember Selby, to approve the update to the LEOFF 1 dental reimbursement policy.
