CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 5:03 p.m. 1.A ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Chair Jim Cooper, Vice Chair Mark Hansen, Boardmember Russ Gies and Boardmember Cheryl Selby Excused: 1 - Boardmember Larry Dibble 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2.A 22-0265 Approval of January 10, 2022 LEOFF Board Minutes The minutes were approved. 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.A 22-0266 Approval of Case 22-2 Dental Request Boardmember Selby moved, seconded by Vice Chair Hansen, to approve dental request number 22-2 in the amount of $2,890.20. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4 - Chair Cooper, Vice Chair Hansen, Boardmember Gies and Boardmember Selby Excused: 1 - Boardmember Dibble 4. OTHER TOPICS The Board prefers to keep meetings virtual as allowed. 5. ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 5:10 p.m. City of Olympia Page 1
