CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 5:37 p.m. 1.A ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chair Melissa Hammond, Boardmember Heather Chambers, Boardmember Anne Gavzer, Boardmember Sophia Landis and Boardmember David Rauh Absent: 4 - Vice Chair Jacob David, Boardmember Oliver Stormshak, Boardmember Shannon Tiegs and Boardmember Jamie Vulva OTHERS PRESENT Strategic Program Manager Amy Buckler 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was approved. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3.A 22-0203 Approval of February 2, 2022 PBIA Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved as amended to reflect that Boardmember Rauh was present. 4. PUBLIC COMMENT - None 5. ANNOUNCEMENTS Mr. DeJarnatt made an announcement about a grant opportunity with Thurston Strong. 6. BUSINESS ITEMS 6.A 22-0200 Recommendation for PBIA’s Downtown Recovery Project Ms. Buckler provided an alleyway and mural investment presentation. City of Olympia Page 1 PBIA Advisory Board Meeting Minutes - Final March 2, 2022 Boardmember Landis moved, seconded by Boardmember Rauh, to move forward with a mural project immediately, as well as advance an alley lighting grant program in partnership with the ODA. The motion passed unanimously. 6.B 22-0208 Vote to Appoint Board Members Boardmember Landis moved, seconded by Boardmember Rauh, to appoint Alden Davis and Monique Ossa to terms ending 12/31/2024. The motion passed unanimously. ROLL CALL Vice Chair David arrived. Present: 6 - Chair Melissa Hammond, Vice Chair Jacob David, Boardmember Heather Chambers, Boardmember Anne Gavzer, Boardmember Sophia Landis and Boardmember David Rauh Absent: 3 - Boardmember Oliver Stormshak, Boardmember Shannon Tiegs and Boardmember Jamie Vulva 6.C 22-0206 Approval of budget amendment related to 4th quarter marketing Mr. DeJarnatt shared information regarding the budget amendment related to 4th quarter marketing. Chair Hammond moved, seconded by Boardmember Landis, to amend the 2022 budget for $6,000 for 4th quarter marketing. The motion passed unanimously. 6.D 22-0207 Discussion of Quarterly Survey Mr. DeJarnatt provided information regarding the quarterly survey. The discussion was completed. 7.
