1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m.
1.A ROLL CALL
Present: 4 - Chair Jim Cooper, Vice Chair Mark Hansen, Boardmember Larry
Dibble and Boardmember Cheryl Selby
Excused: 1 - Boardmember Russ Gies
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
2.A 22-0360 Approval of March 14, 2022 LEOFF Board Minutes
The minutes were approved.
3. BUSINESS ITEMS
3.A 22-0361 Approval of Case #22-3 Dental Request
Vice Chair Hansen moved, seconded by Boardmember Dibble, to approve
case #22-3 in the amount of $3,157.00. The motion carried by the following
vote:
Aye: 4 - Chair Cooper, Vice Chair Hansen, Boardmember Dibble and
Boardmember Selby
Excused: 1 - Boardmember Gies
3.B 22-0362 Approval of Case #22-4 Dental Request
Boardmember Selby moved, seconded by Vice Chair Hansen, to approve
payment for case #22-4 in the amount of $11,629.00. The motion carried by
the following vote:
Aye: 4 - Chair Cooper, Vice Chair Hansen, Boardmember Dibble and
Boardmember Selby

4. REPORTS

Finance Director Aaron BeMiller gave a Powerpoint presentation on LEOFF funding
sources and expenses
