1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
1.A ROLL CALL
Present: 4 - Chair Jim Cooper, Vice Chair Mark Hansen, Boardmember Steve
Cooper and Boardmember Cheryl Selby
Excused: 1 - Boardmember Russ Gies
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
2.A Approval of February 13, 2023 LEOFF Board minutes
The minutes were approved.
3. BUSINESS ITEMS
3.A Approval of Case #23-2 Hearing Aid Request
LEOFF 1 retiree did not follow policy.
The decision was denied.
3.B Discussion of Assisted Living vs. Long Term Care
The discussion was completed.
3.C Discuss 2023 revisions to the LEOFF Board Policies and Procedures
Chair Cooper moved, seconded by Vice Chair Hansen, to approve changes
to the 2023 LEOFF Board Policy and Procedures with some minor edits. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 4 - Chair Cooper, Vice Chair Hansen, Boardmember Cooper and
Boardmember Selby
Excused: 1 - Boardmember Gies
