1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.
Present: 3 - Vice Chair Gerry Hodge, Committee Member Barbara Benson, and
Committee Member Timothy W Burns
Absent: 6 - Chair Jim Nieland, Committee Member Robert Dengel, Committee
Member Joel Hansen, Committee Member Darrell Hoppe,
Committee Member Alicia Seegers Martinelli, and Committee
Member Brian Tomlinson
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The agenda was not approved due to lack of a quorum.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
3a. 14-0795 Approval of August 7, 2014 Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee
Meeting Minutes
The minutes were postponed to the October 2 meeting.

5. BUSINESS ITEMS
A. Capital Facilities Plan and Condition Assessment and Major Maintenance Program
(Dave Okerlund)
Presentation will be postponed for a special meeting to be set for mid-September.
B. Comprehensive Plan Action Plan (Stacey Ray, CP&D)
Postponed for October meeting.
C. Update on VueWorks Work Order/Asset Management System (Gary Franks)
Postponed for October meeting.
D. Update on recently implemented Pesticide-Free Parks Initiative (Gary Franks)
