Chair Ruse called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.

6.A 19-0495 Crisis Response Unit and Familiar Faces Program Rollout
Ms. Larsen discussed the Familiar Faces program and the Crisis Response Unit
program and provided handouts.
The discussion was completed.
6.B 19-0498 Event Sponsorship Structure
Mr. DeJarnatt discussed a structured plan to formalize the event sponsorship process
and provided a handout.
The discussion was completed.
6.C 19-0500 Olympia Downtown Alliance Marketing Update
Boardmembers discussed communication strategies for Downtown businesses.
The discussion was completed.
6.D 19-0499 Discussion about the PBIA’s Annual Ratepayer Meeting and Survey
Boardmembers discussed dates and locations for the Annual Ratepayer Meeting and
Survey and tabled the discussion until the next meeting.
The discussion was tabled.
7. REPORTS
Chair Ruse reported on outside meetings attended.
8. OTHER TOPICS
Boardmembers discussed the possibility of developing a marketing campaign to draw
patrons Downtown and asked Mr. DeJarnatt to check on the date of the Board's banner
reservation.
8.A 19-0021 Round Table Discussion
Boardmembers discussed the July meeting date and the last Special Meeting attended.
The discussion was completed.

During this portion of the meeting, citizens may address the Advisory Committee or Commission

Commission to maintain impartiality and the appearance of fairness in upcoming matters and to comply
with Public Disclosure Law for political campaigns, speakers will not be permitted to make public
