ANNOUNCEMENTS Chair Ruse welcomed new Boardmembers Gayzer, Stormshak and Hammond. 6. The decision was returned without recommendation. 6.B 20-0893 Nominating Committee Nominations The Board received the nominating committee’s recommendations. The discussion was completed. 6.C 20-0894 Ordinance and Bylaws Updates The Board discussed a possible scope of changes to the Ordinance and Bylaws.
