1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Ruse called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.

Mr. DeJarnatt announced reduction of 2021 assessments relating to the COVID crisis.

6. BUSINESS ITEMS
6.A 21-0042 PBIA Advisory Committee Vice Chair position vacancy
The PBIA Advisory Committee Vice Chair position vacancy was discussed and
forwarded to the next PBIA meeting on 2/17/2021 for a decision.
6.B 21-0043 2021 PBIA Meeting Dates
Boardmember Gavzer moved, seconded by Boardmember Bruns, to update
meeting dates to the 3rd Wednesday of each month. The motion passed
unanimously.
6.C 21-0044 PBIA Ordinances updates
Boardmember Dean moved, seconded by Boardmember Gavzer, to approve
the recommendation to amend the PBIA's Bylaws OMC 3.62 and forward to
the General Government Committee for consideration. The motion passed
unanimously.
6.D 21-0045 PBIA Bylaws
Boardmember Stormshak moved, seconded by Chair Ruse, to approve the
recommendation to amend the PBIA's Bylaws and forward to the General
Government Committee for consideration. The motion passed unanimously.
6.E 21-0046 Draft 2021 Work Plan
The discussion was completed.
