ANNOUNCEMENTS Mr. DeJarnatt announced Boardmembers may access their panelist invitations to meetings via their City email addresses. 5. BUSINESS ITEMS 5.A 21-0186 2021 PBIA Meeting Dates The discussion was completed. 5.B 21-0042 PBIA Advisory Committee Vice Chair position vacancy City of Olympia Page 1 PBIA Advisory Board Meeting Minutes February 17, 2021 Boardmember Dean moved, seconded by Boardmember Gavzer, to appoint Boardmember Hammond as Vice-Chair for 2021. The motion passed unanimously. 5.C 21-0187 Draft 2021 Work Plan Boardmember Rauh moved, seconded by Boardmember Dean, to approve the PBIA Draft Workplan for 2021. The motion passed unanimously. 5.D 21-0185 Downtown lighting projects Mr. DeJarnatt shared a handout. The discussion was completed. 6. REPORTS - None 7. OTHER TOPICS 7.A 21-0184 Round Table Discussion Boardmembers discussed the snow storm and whether PBIA can assist in code-blue shelter coordination.
