1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Hammond called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

The agenda was approved as amended to add item 6.D Emergency Mural

6.A 22-0113 Recapping Downtown for the Holidays and the Alliance’s 2022 workplan
Mr. Cutts shared a Powerpoint presentation.
The discussion was completed.
6.B 22-0114 Ideas for PBIA’s Downtown Recovery Project
Ms. Buckler presented a Downtown Recovery Project Elements and Ideas Powerpoint.
The discussion was completed.
6.C 22-0118 Board resignation and appointee
Boardmember Gavzer moved, seconded by Boardmember David, to accept
the resignation of Boardmember Carr and appoint Sophie Landis as
replacement. The motion passed unanimously.
6.D 22-0169 Emergency Mural Relocation - ADDED AT MEETING
Boardmember Dean moved, seconded by Boardmember Vulva, to relocate the
Rainbow Wings mural using $1800 of the Art budget. The motion passed
unanimously.
6.E 22-0110 Finalizing 2022 Work Plan
Boardmember Bruns moved, seconded by Boardmember Vulva, to approve
the 2022 Draft Work Plan. The motion passed unanimously.
7. REPORTS
Mr. DeJarnatt shared reports regarding the PBIA budget, the Mural Tour, and PBIA
Committee representatives.
