ANNOUNCEMENTS - None 6. BUSINESS ITEMS City of Olympia Page 1 PBIA Advisory Board Meeting Minutes - Final July 6, 2022 6.A 22-0545 Approval of LoveOly SummerFest Sponsorship Mr. DeJarnatt presented. Boardmember Dean moved, seconded by Boardmember Davis, to support Olympia Downtown Alliance with $2,400 of event sponsorship fund. The motion passed unanimously. 6.B 22-0643 Discussion of Quarterly Survey The Board discussed potential survey ideas such as COVID-19 recovery, economic resiliency and parking. Mr. DeJarnatt will compile sample questions and email them to the Board, as well as provide a draft survey for the August meeting. The discussion was completed. 7. REPORTS 7.A 22-0548 Downtown Mural and Lighting Project Update Chair Hammond provided a handout. Vice Chair David moved, seconded by Boardmember Ossa, to approve the Lighting Project favoring café lighting. The motion passed unanimously. 7.B 22-0642 Downtown Mural Tour Map Project Update Mr. DeJarnatt provided a handout. The report was received. 8.
