1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 9:05 a.m.

Present: 7 - Co-Chair Genevieve Chan, Commissioner Mark Hodgson,
Commissioner Rachelle Martin, Commissioner Kevin Mattison,
Commissioner Fauziya Mohamedali, Commissioner Marianne
Ozmun-Wells and Commissioner Robin Rosen-Evans
Excused: 1 - Co-Chair Parfait Bassalé
2. BUSINESS ITEMS
2.A 24-0106 Community Oversight of Law Enforcement Large Group Work Session
Members of the Social Justice and Equity Commission, Olympia Police Department staff
and Community Group Members worked in small groups to provide feedback on the draft
recommendations for community police oversight. Strategic Planning & Performance
Manager Stacey Ray and Consultant Kathryn Olson from Change Integration facilitated
the discussion.
The discussion was completed.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Meeting was adjourned at 12:15 p.m.
