Simoncelli Electric is requesting to construct a 21,440 square foot warehouse building, along with associated utility, site lighting and landscape improvements. Applicant is seeking Site Plan Approval. (SBL #161.09-1-16.121). 2. P.B. File #13-26, 0 Webster Road (former Saville’s), Ellicott Development located to the rear of Buffalo Medical Group, between Holland Lane and Webster Road. Applicant is proposing a mix of patio homes, town homes, apartments, mixed use and commercial buildings. Planning Board to seek Lead Agency Status. Keystone Novelties is requesting Planning Board approval for an Outdoor Tent Display to sell fireworks, 6/24/2026 through 7/05/2026. (SBL#152.12-2-7). 4. P.B. File #28-25, V/L Bentley Dr. (private), located on the west side of California Road, Zoned R-4. BaMarco Development LLC is seeking Planning Board approval of Pre-Application Findings for this proposed townhome development. (SBL# 161.70-1-15). This project received ZBA approval on 2/17/26. CONCEPT REVIEW: No Action Will Be Taken 1. P.B. File #10-26, 3275 North Benzing Road, located on the West side of North Benzing Road, north of Amanda Lane, Zoned_B-1. Quaker Crossing LLC is proposing a 10,000 square foot accessory building to store items for the maintenance of Quaker Crossing Plaza. This project will require ZBA approval. (SBL# 152.18-1-1). 2. V/L South Benzing, located on the west side of South Benzing Road, Zoned DR-2. Luis Rodriquez is seeking to move his construction company to this parcel including offices, a garage, and potential warehouses.
