PB File #10-25: 7894 Milestrip Road, located on the north side of Milestrip Road, west of Transit Road, proposed 4-Lot, Subdivision, V/L, 4.94 +/-Acres, Zoned R-2. William Mutka is seeking Final Plat Plan Approval. Pre-Application Findings were made on 9/12/24, Preliminary Plat Plan Approval was granted on 3/12/26. This is a Final Plat Plan Public Hearing (SBL #154.17-1-9.11). REGULAR BUSINESS: 1. P.B. File #26-25, 3310 North Benzing Road, located on the west side of North Benzing Road, development within the rear portion of a 3.39 +/- acre parcel, Zoned I-1. Marathon Roofing Products is seeking to construct two (2) new 5,000 square foot cold storage warehouse buildings. Applicant is seeking Site Plan Approval (SBL# 152.13-3-25). 2. P.B. File #32-25, 3444 & 3438 Orchard Park Road, Southtowns Financial, Northwest Corner of Orchard Park Road and Hart Place, Zoned B-4. Bammel Architects, representing owner Daniel Blake, is seeking to rezone the west portion of the property from B-4 to R-2 for the purpose of building a new single-family residence. (SBL# 152.18-1-1). 4. P.B. File #02-26B, 3129 Orchard Park Road, located in the old Valu plaza, Zoned B-2. Bevilacqua Development is seeking Planning Board approval of a sign. (SBL #152.12-4-8 & 9). 5. P.B. File #16-26, V/L Seufert Road, located on the north side of Seufert Road between 6134 and 6180 Seufert Road, a parcel 7.5 +/- acres, Zoned A-1. ARR Holdings LLC is seeking Planning Board approval of Pre-Application Findings to divide this undeveloped parcel into two (2) single family lots of approximately 1.26 acres and 6.24 acres. (SBL # 197.00-3-38-112). 6. PB File #20-22, Birdsong Subdivision, Part 8, located at the Northeast corner of Freeman Road and Jewett Holmwood Road, Zoned R-1 with CMO.
