Town Board to authorize the Town Clerk to release to Forbes Homes, Inc. the $170,000.00 held in escrow for Birdsong Part 3B Phase 2B Subdivision, PIP #2024-03.  2. Town Board to approve Change Order #1 to our contract with Cavlee Development Company for the Multi-Use Maintenance Salt Barn & Topsoil Building Project General Contract. Town Board to approve and accept the 2024 Departmental Audits by Drescher & Malecki, LLP. 3. Town Board to approve and accept the 2024 Basic Financial Statements, Annual Comprehensive Report, Management Letter and Auditor Communication Letter. 4. Town Board to authorize the Orchard Park Engineering Department to solicit professional services, request for qualifications from engineering firms to complete the Dam Engineering Assessment Report for the Green Lake Dam. 5. Town Board to authorize the advertisement of a notice to receive bids for the Highway Department to purchase a 2021 or newer Rubber Tire Skid Steer and schedule a bid opening for August 13, 2025 at 9:15am in the basement meeting room at the Orchard Park Municipal Center. 6. Town Board to approve a Site Plan and authorize a Building Permit based on the submitted Site Plan for 3052 Transit Rd. “Harvest Hill” Golf Course (SBL#153.08-2-6.111). 7. Town Board to accept the retirement of a Public Safety Dispatcher and reappoint as Seasonal.
