II MINUTES Regular Town Board: June 4, 2025; Special Session: June 11, 2025 III PUBLIC HEARING 1. Public Hearing regarding a Conservation Easement in perpetuity for 29.5 acres located at 5705 Chestnut Ridge Rd. Town Board to amend two (2) appointment resolutions. VI PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* VII NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to approve the promotion of Trevor Crawford to a Working Crew Chief in the Highway Department. 2. Town Board to approve an appointment to the Conservation Board. 3. Town Board to approve an appointment to the Architectural Overlay District.  4. Town Board to approve the promotion of a Lieutenant to Captain in the Orchard Park Police Department. 5. Town Board to approve the appointment of 2025 Part-time Seasonal Summer Staff to the Orchard Park Recreation Department. 6. Town Board to approve the creation of Reserve Accounts for the Recreation Department and the Parks and Grounds Department for Playground Maintenance with the ability to save unused funds in the accounts for future projects and repairs. 7. Town Board to authorize the advertisement in the Orchard Park Bee for sealed bids for the Orchard Park Little League Baseball Fencing Project at the Thorn Avenue/Duerr Road Facility. 8. Town Board to award the contract for the Webster Road Snow Storage Millings Pad. 9. Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing regarding a Perpetual Conservation Easement for 7380 Milestrip Rd. (SBL#153.19-1-19) for July 2, 2025. 10. Town Board to approve a Site Plan and authorize a Building Permit for 260 Redtail Road (SBL#152.18-2-4). 11. Town Board to approve a Site Plan and authorize a Building Permit based on the submitted Site Plan for 3052 Transit Rd. (SBL#153.08-2-6.111). 12. Town Board to refer the following item to the Planning and Conservation Boards for their review and recommendation:  2868 Southwestern Blvd., located on the south side of Southwestern Blvd. west of Angle Rd., Zoned B-2. Michael Wachowicz is requesting to construct a 7,500 square foot Pole Barn for his Business Miris Building Supplies.
