V PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS VI NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to approve the appointments of the part-time 2022 Recreation Department, effective January 8, 2022. 2. Town Board to approve the appointment four part time employees; Robert Kostran, Bonnie Orlow, Gayle Hardick and Linda Rankin as receptionists at the Community Activity Center effective January 10, 2022 at a rate of $14.50/hour, group 9 non-union. 3. Town Board to approve the appointment of Jacob Simonsen to the position of Laborer, part time with the Maintenance Department effective January 1, 2022 at a rate of $14.60/hour, group 9 non- union. 4. Town Board to approve the Frozen Chosen 5K run/walk on January 29, 2022 at 10:00AM.  5. Town Board to approve a budget transfer for Orchard Park’s Information Technology Department. 6. Town Board to approve equipment repairs needed for the Morbark Chipper at the Compost Facility. 7. Town Board to approve a Moratorium regarding sales of Cannabis.
