Town Board to authorize the Town Clerk to release $4,000.00 held in cash security in lieu of standard performance bond for Excavation, Removal, Storage of Materials Permit # 2021-02 to Paul Perry 5497 Dennis Road, Orchard Park 14127. V PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* VI NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to appoint Assistant Town Clerk. 2. Town Board to approve the Special Event Howl-O-Weenie 5K & ½ mile kids race. 3. Town Board to approve a vending company for the Community Activity Center. 4. Town Board to approve the 2025 Commercial Parking Permits. 5. Town Board to approve the appointment of the Fair Housing Officer. 6. Town Board to approve the appointment of Orchard Park Recreation’s 2025 part time Seasonal employees.  7. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to execute a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with CSEA Orchard Park White Collar Unit #6765-01 for the additional titles of Senior Clerk Typist and Administrative Clerk. 8. Town Board to authorize the publication of a public notice to bidders for the purchase of Leaf Compost. 9. Town Board to approve the promotion of a Working Crew Chief in the Highway Department. 10. Town Board to accept the results of the bid for Town-Wide (Excluding the Village) Collection, Hauling, and Disposal of tree/brush waste and to execute the contract for the 2026 season. 11. Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing for September 17, 2025 at 7:00pm (local time) regarding amending Local Laws §134 “Vehicles, Storage and Removal of” and §144-31 “Prohibited Uses”.
