If notified, please move in a calm and orderly fashion to the nearest exits”.  If anyone appearing before the Town Board has a family, financial or business relationship with any member of the Board, it is incumbent upon that person to make it known under State Law and the Town Code of Ethics.  Anyone attending a Town Board meeting or work session should review Chapter 85 of the town code for rules of decorum regarding Public Meetings. II MINUTES Regular Town Board: September 3, 2025 III PUBLIC HEARING 1. Public Hearing regarding the proposed Amending of Local Laws §134 “Vehicles, Storage and Removal of”, §141-5 “Terms defined” and §141-31 “Prohibited Uses”. IV PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* V NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to approve the appointment of Shannon Liggett as the full time Civil Service Fitness Program Coordinator. 2. Town Board to approve a 2025 Commercial Parking Permit. 3. Town Board to authorize participation in the New York State “Plus One ADU Program”. 4. Town Board to approve a contract with a vending company for the Community Activity Center. 5. Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing for a Proposed Local Law regarding “Authorizing Real Property Tax Exemption for Volunteer Firefighters and Volunteer Ambulance Service Workers” for October 15, 2025 at 7:00pm. 6. Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing on the possible use of 2026-2027 Community Development Block Grant Funds for October 15, 2025 at 7:00pm. 7. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign a letter of support for the Rural Transit Van service, which operates at the Community Activity Center. 8. Town Board to approve a Budget Transfer for a Traffic Study. 9. Town Board to support the Energy Choice Act. 10. Town Board to approve the Site Plan and authorize a Building Permit for 2784 Southwestern Blvd (SBL #153.06-1-22). 11. Town Board to approve the Site Plan and authorize a Building Permit for 3385 Orchard Park Rd (SBL #152.20-4-1). 12. Town Board to refer the following item to the Planning and Conservation Boards for their review and recommendation:  3555 North Buffalo St., located on the east side of North Buffalo St. and south of Milestrip Rd., Zoned. Applicant is requesting to partially demolish the rear metal storage building east of the existing building and reconstruct the building of the same footprint on the existing foundation, for the purposes of creating a private children’s sports facility. Zoned B-3 and R- 2. (SBL# 161.08-2-156.1) This constitutes a Change of Use.  V/L Angle Rd, located east of Angle Rd and south of Michael Rd. Applicant intends to purchase, develop and build a community soccer complex on 26.40 +/- acres in three phases of construction. Zoned R-2. (SBL #153.12-3-1.11). This project will require a Special Exception Use Permit.
