Town Board to approve the final change order/final payment and authorize release of retention for the Community Activity Center Playground Protection —Bollard Installation Project to Fairway Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $26,400.00. V PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* VI NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to approve Town Court Internship Program and stipend dispersal of grant money. 2. Town Board to approve the appointment of Jessica Lowicki to the Orchard Park Senior Center. 3. Town Board to authorize the Highway Superintendent to accept the results of the Leaf Compost Bid and award purchase to Dan Gernatt Gravel Products Inc. 4. Town Board to authorize the Highway Superintendent to sign the Snow Removal and Ice Control Agreement 2025-2028 with Erie County Department of Public Works, to participate and enter into the agreement for the 3-year period of September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2028.  5. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign agreement with Colliers Engineering and Design for professional services for the Green Lake Dam Engineering Assessment Project required per NYSDEC. 6. Town Board to award contract to Modern Disposal Services Incorporated for the Collection, Hauling, & Disposal of Mixed Municipal Waste & White Goods and Collection, Hauling & Processing of Recyclables. 7. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign agreement with C & S Companies for professional services for Construction Inspection for Dennis Road Culvert over Smokes Creek. 8. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor, Town Engineer and Supt. of Highways to execute (all necessary) contract items required by NYSDOT and for Federal Aid Local Project Procedures for Dennis Road Culvert Crossing Over Smokes Creek Project. 9. Town Board to adopt the Traffic Order requesting Erie county to designate the California Road / Duerr Road intersection in Orchard Park a four way stop with all appropriate signage including warning signs set out before each of the four way stop signs. 10. Town Board to approve Budget Transfer for the Orchard Park IT Department. 11. Town Board to refer the following to the Planning and Conservation Boards for their review and recommendation:  60 Birdsong Parkway, located on the north side of Birdsong Parkway, across from Malard Lane, Mr. Himanshu Rajpal, is requesting permission to place a patio in a “tree preservation area,” Zoned R-1. (SBL # 173.12-1-10).  V/L Lake Street, located on the west side of Lake Street, south of Orchard Park Road, Mr. Gavin Rauh is seeking to develop an outdoor miniature golf course and an indoor golf simulator, Zoned B-2. (SBL #152.16-2-30).
