Public Hearing Application #12-24-1-V 25453 1st Street, Orleans LOT 4 BLK 1, ORLEANS Property is zoned C-1 General Commercial District Applicant: Jay Muller Request Type: Applicant is requesting a variance to add a new 8’ X 16” greenhouse to the south side of the building. Section 9.5 of the zoning ordinance requires a minimum rear yard setback of twenty-five feet (25’). The applicant is requesting a variance to allow for a rear yard setback of seventeen feet (17’) from the rear property line or an encroachment of eight feet (8’) into the required twenty- five feet (25’) rear yard setback. 6.
