Oroville Planning Commission Wednesday, December 2, 2015 The meeting was called to order at 4:33 by Chairman Luis Perez. Present: Commissioners: Luis Perez, Suzi Seger, Arnie Marchand, Alternate, Valorie Johnston; Absent: Marc Egerton, Judy Dunston Staff present: Chris Branch and Deanna Rowton Approval of the minutes from the December 2nd meeting. Motion by Arnie Marchand, second by Susie Seger, motion carried. There was lengthy discussion regarding the Comprehensive Plan, the Transportation element. Chris advised that there will be proposals coming regarding possible annexation and possible street vacation, relative to Oro Reman and Reload recent expansion. These proposals will be legislative only and not quasi-judicial. Arnie Marchand made a motion to change to only one meeting per month, being the 3rd Wednesday each month from 4:30 to 6:30, leaving options to call for another meeting, if necessary. If the need should arise for the 2nd meeting of the month it would be considered “special purposes” meeting. Susie Seger seconded the motion and it passed. As there being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:30 pm. 1
