Oroville Civil Service Monday, January 22nd, 2018 Meeting called to order at 4:30 pm by Richard Werner. Present: Commissioners Richard Werner, Mike Sibley, and Joe King Others present: Lindsey Acord Approval of the minutes from the Oct 23rd regular meeting. Motion by Richard to approve the minutes as written, second by Joe; motion carried. Lindsey informed the commissioners that we received a request for an eligibility list from Chief Hill. Since we have a list of candidates through Public Safety that have successfully passed the written and physical tests, a date of Feb 10 th was selected for Oral Boards. Lindsey is to secure members to sit on the board. Joe motioned to ask the Mayor to re-elect Richard Werner to position #3- Chairman for another term; second by Mike. Lindsey to submit letter. As there being no further business, motion by Mike to adjourn the meeting at 4:50pm, second by Richard; motion carried.
