Oroville Planning Commission Monday, April 16, 2018 The meeting was called to order at 4:30 by Chairman, Luis Perez. Commissioners Present: Luis Perez, Arnie Marchand, Suzie Seger, Valorie Johnston, Sue Edick and Alternate Paul Neir Absent: none Staff present: Deanna Rowton and Christian Johnson Arnie made a motion to approve the minutes for the March 19th meeting. It was seconded by Sue and it passed. Chairman Luis welcomed new Commission member Sue Edick and Alternate Paul Neir. The meeting was spent looking at the Comprehensive Map along with the Land Use Designation descriptions. Christian pointed out each “zone” on a “Google Earth” map that he projected on the wall screen. Asking for any comments / suggestions he stated that he will be getting the map updated to reflect the current changes. Christian reported that the City Council did adopt the “Additional Dwelling Unit” proposal that we sent to them. Arnie made a motion to adjourn, Sue seconded it and it passed. The meeting was adjourned at 5:50. 1
