Oroville Civil Service Monday, August 26, 2024 Meeting called to order at 4:34 pm by Chairman Joe King. Present: Commissioners Joe King, Mike Sibley, and Dusti Giroux Secretary, Chief-Examiner: Emily Finsen Others present: N/A Absent: N/A Approval of the July 22, 2024, regular meeting minutes. Motion by Dusti to approve the minutes, second by Mike, motion passed. Secretary Finsen stated there are two entry level applications, both previously tested applicants for Oral Boards on Friday, September 6th. The Commission reviewed and approved the applications. Finsen shared with the Commission that Bailey Wessale will need to go through EVOC training and then she will be applicable to go to the Washington State two week equivalency training. Those dates are pending. Next Regular Civil Service meeting to be held Monday, September 23rd, 2024. As there being no further business, motion by Dusti to adjourn the meeting at 4:53 pm, second by Mike; motion carried.
