PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS Visitors shall be accorded one (1) four (4) minute opportunity to address the Board on any of the resolutions on the agenda. III. VILLAGE BOARD RESOLUTIONS A. Adopting the Village of Ossining Public Housing Agency’s Five-year plan WHEREAS, on September 18, 2024 at 7:30 pm at the Birdsall Fagan Police-Court Facility, 86-88 Spring Street, the Village of Ossining Board of Trustees held a Public Hearing to receive public comments on the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) Five-Year Plan effective January 1, 2025; and WHEREAS, prior to the Public Hearing, notice of the Public Hearing was published in the July 25-31 issue of the Gazette, which publication was preceded by notice in the July 18-24 issue of the Gazette that the Five-Year Plan would be available for review effective July 22, 2024 at the following locations: Housing Choice Voucher-Section 8 Office, 16 Croton Avenue Rear, Ossining, New York; Office of the Town Clerk, 16 Croton Avenue, Special Meeting September 25, 2024 Page 1 of 2  First Floor, Ossining, New York; Ossining Public Library, 53 Croton Avenue, Ossining, New York; and Joseph G. Caputo Community Center, 95 Broadway, Ossining, New York; and WHEREAS, the Public Hearing was closed on September 18, 2024; now therefore be it RESOLVED, that the Village of Ossining Board of Trustees adopts the Public Housing Agency’s Five-Year Plan effective January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2029 and directs that all necessary documents be filed, including this resolution acknowledging the adoption of the Five-Year Plan.
