Corporation Counsel- Retainer agreement with Cuddy & Feder, LLP RESOLVED, that following review by the Corporation Counsel, the Village Manager is authorized to sign the March 2, 2026 retainer agreement with Cuddy & Feder, LLP, 445 Hamilton Avenue, 14th Floor, White Plains, New York for the law firm to represent the village in connection with litigation arising out of the roof replacement at the Joseph G. Caputo Community Center. B. Board of Trustees- Appoint chair of Police Relations Advisory Committee Special Meeting March 11, 2026 Page 1 of 2  RESOLVED, that James Torres is appointed as chairperson of the Police Relations Advisory Committee effective March 11, 2026 for a term expiring on December 31, 2028.
